To confirm your booking:

Deposit 50% of the total amount upon booking is necessary, balance and local tax* on-site in cash or by bank transfer. VAT 10% is included in the total amount. There are no costs for small children who can sleep in a cot. All children who require a bed pay the adult price. Costs for pets: please contact us.

Cancellation policy: 

Up to 30 days of cancellation before arrival we refund 100% of the deposit. Within 30 days before arrival, the total amount of the booking will not be refunded. The cancellation conditions of the AGBH of Austrian civil law apply, paragraph 1168. ​ The prices are per day and for the whole house.​
